This is a circular vortex..spelleng.spelleng..spel
a friend of mine took 85 AC+C's with
300mg acet, 8mg codeine , and mg caffeine in them
shes CWE extracted 7 of them and poped the rest over the course of this evening

to my calculations the 78 non extracted pills contain 23400 mg's of acetaminophen.

she weighs 135

should i be worried?

That's a seriously worrying amount, I would be taking her regardless, just my opinion, it's seriously harmfull stuff, and at those doses is going to DESTROY the liver pretty quickly...
I wouldn't let her nod for a while at least!

Yep, please take her to the hospital immediately.
Let us know how you go okay?

Yes. If she starts to get sick. take her to hospital.

Unfortunately by the time she is ill, the irreversible damage will be already done. She needs to go to the hospital now.

The symptoms of acetaminophen overdose usually appear a couple of days after taking the dose, and when they do appear, it might already be late to do anything except transplant a new liver. Your friend need to get medical attention BEFORE she gets sick, so that something can be done! An antidote called acetylcysteine can save the liver if it's given early enough.

transplanting a new liver = possible death whilst waiting and then possible reduced lifespan due to anti-rejection drugs. I'd recomend not leaving the trip to the hospital that long.

Absolutely. This sounds like a very serious thing, potentially deadly. 23 grams of acetaminophen... right? Do not leave her alone and be prepared to get her help quickly
In fact, if she hasn't already overdosed since you started this thread it may be wise to take her to the hospital right away.

I'll just add that 8mg codeine is a ridiculously small amount... especially with all that other crap added, absolutely nuts. Never something to get high on.

Well, the AC+C are the highest over-the-counter codeine meds you can get, and 8mg/pill isn't that bad, considering T3s (which must be prescribed) are 15mg/pill.

It sounds like she is trying to kill herself. Seriously take her to the hospital if you already haven't.

shes still i alive,

threw up last night, but sent me a txt this morning,

i told her she should go to the hospital, but she doesn't believe shes gonna get liver damage

she also took 5mg lorazepam, in the middle of taking all these t-2's

ive told her how dangerous this is, but promised not to call her family, or the ambulance, and i respect that wish

10 grams of APAP is regarded as a potentially fatal acute dose (doses as low as 6g have been fatal). There are drugs which can reverse the effects of APAP but it's time sensitive - your friend needs them as soon as possible. There is nothing you can do at home for your friend. She needs urgent medical intervention.

If treatment is received within 8 hours of the overdose, there is a very good chance of recovery.

However, without rapid treatment, a very large overdose of acetaminophen can lead to liver failure and death in a few days.

Your friend needs to understand that by the time she develops symptoms of liver failure it will be too late for treatment - and death from APAP poisoning is ugly and painful.

I'd urge you to call a poisons information hotline and give them the same information you've given us. It sounds like you're not entirely convinced that your friend could be deathly ill tomorrow from this because she seems OK right now.

The huge acute dose on top of high chronic doses increases the risk of liver damage. APAP's not a drug which builds tolerance with regular high doses.

Give here Acetylcystein immediatly... otherwise she can expect lethal liver damage in ~3-5 days.
