I count the number of true
friends on one hand.
For this I know I am lucky
But Friend to Friend
Are you true to your Words
Don't say that your next girlfriend
will never stand between us.
Unless you hold to your convictions
and keep the words you say.
Don't tell me you will be here
when you won't
excuses don't fly anymore
I heard it all before
I know friends make mistakes
for that we are all human
but don't say your sorry if your not
I believe the truth always comes through
by your actions
I know what a true friend is
And I know the how your actions
speak louder then any words
but I ask you these questions
cause friend to friend are you a true
friend of mine
If I call you @2am upset would you listen
or would you tell me you need sleep?
If you know I am sick would you call to check on me,or assume I will be okay?
If I tell you I need to see you
will you tell me your too busy?
My heart is true to my friends my answers
I don't have to think about my answers
I won't judge how you feel or what you choose
to do.
But friends to friend
I don't wana loose you
but i don't wana be hurt

I like this poem, I think its wonderful and just so ya know even tho we dont know each other very well and I keep getting kinky with your wings if you called me I would get up and talk to you. True friends you know cuz they always love you no matter what they stick by you in times of trouble. You take strength from the other... you know all the happy shit. I like it and whoever you wrote it for should know it.

i like it. i was thinking of sending it to a friend who was my best friend until he got a girlfriend. cuz now im chopped liver, last week's casarole, that ole fave sweatshirt w/holes, a pinto, a.......ah you get the picture.
