My friend called me really worried and freaked out, basically he has Shortness Breath, Hard to Breathe Immediately after Smoking Crack. I told him it's probably normal, but he wanted to make sure cause it's lasted over half an hour to an hour.

Depends how much he did, the purity of the rock. Depends if it is anxiety , and how hard is he breathing. It's too hard to tell over internet, if he is seriously having trouble breathing he might need to go to the hospital. It could just be anxiety

He said he's been able to slow his breathing somewhat but doesn't think it is anxiety, he's smoked crack before recently, and hee's smoked about $120 worth today, doesn't know if he should do or take something to help.

He should have somebody come over to sit with him. If he begins looking cyanotic or shows signs of an altered level of consciousness then medical help is required. Trying to stay calm and resting in a comfortable seated position will help lower body oxygen requirements and will ensure if he does pass out he won't fall and hit his head.

I'm not going to say how long you should wait if the symptoms persist before seeking medical help because there is no correct answer and I would not want to influence a proper decision which need to be made by your friend.

Good Luck!

Alright so about 8 years ago I had a scare like this.

I started to freak out after a night of the white (hard) and long story short I thought I was having a heart attack. Numb left arm, shortness of breath, all in what my eyes seemed like an attack. Well anxiety kicked in and I was at a party and didnt know what to do. I went to the hospital and they monitored my heart and found nothing wrong there. It turned out just to be a mixture of other drugs that day and anxiety that really kicked it off afterwards.

Granted, good coke will do that to you kind of. It can be hard to distinguish between a rush, then the afterfeeling and come down from coke. End of the day they pumped me with some benos and I was good to go. Just be careful, it can be very dangerous to the body. Prolly best to get it checked if problems persist past the amount of time the coke has effect.

^This is why it is dangerous to come to an internet forum for help in a possible emergency situation. Is this what is happening to your friend? Perhaps. Will your friend be okay? Probably.

These are all guess however. If you think you need medical attention but read an anecdotal experience of someone having a panic attack on Bluelight, then fail to seek proper help because of that story, Bluelight could be directly responsible for making the situation worse.

Compromised breathing is a serious problem, and getting help for it or not is a decision you and your friend are going to have to live with. Therefore you guys should be the ones making it.

p.s.
Don't hesitate to PM me if you do need anything else OP but I what I said above will still stand.
Best of luck and let us know that your friend is alright and I'll open this up again.
