I know for an almost certain fact that GHB is NOT illegal in the UK, as for foxy I'm not so sure but you still can get that online too.
In fact there are online sources for 2-ct-7 too which is illegal in the UK, but then again if you look hard enough theres online sources for preaty much everything.

MillenniMan; Where abouts are you in south london? If you attend any of the hardcore events around that way you might to bump into someone who should be able to help you out.
Most people I meet out when going to more underground events (such as things at the Drome) seems to be better informed and better conected than ordinary clubs.

I was think of trying Foxy and was curious how people usually get it.
I am not asking for any names or locations just wondering whether people obtain it through their dealer or through a chemical company.

Buying research chems such as 5-MEO-DiIPT from a dealer is not a great idea since the dosing levels are not well established. Dealers are seldom able to accurately tell you what the quantity of a chem is in a capsule or a pill.
Online sources are available. They can be found by research!
