Heroin found what looks like heroin

swim recently found several little dime baggies of what looks like eastern white

swim would like a way to see if it's the real deal without using(some sort of test that can be done with no special skills or chemicals)

swim can't try because of probation but would like to give to some one else as not to wast but wants to make sure it's real and not bunk or poison

any thoughts?
