^ Sorry, but I'm not opiate naive in any sense, and definitely DO feel 5mg of oxy, either insufflated or taken orally. 10mg could make someone that's allergic or hyper-sensitive quite sick. Heck, if they're allergic 5mg would be bad..

note: not saying I feel 5mg when I have a built up tolerance, that is...

This...I got a suboxone for me and my friend, and thankfully, he didn't have a super bad reaction, but felt really weird ALL day and had to go to the hospital the next day...all he did was snort a key bump of the shit...maybe got 1mg of the shit...

Yeah, I said it in the original post, 5mg is unlikely to get him super fukkt. However, considering he's not only never done oxy before, but also no opis in general, better play it safe and start low.

I think the benefit of starting low is to get a sense of if the possible side effects &/allergy is worth it, then if so, ramp up to the desired buzz.
As an infrequent opioid user, I am always concerned with the vomit risk with new opioids: codeine= vomit-tastic, hydrocodone= barfed through my nose in a subway once, percs= pretty nice, hydromorphone= lovely, bup= 24 hour puke factory!

As an infrequent opioid user, I am always concerned with dosing correctly.

Fixed. Otherwise an antihistamine will sort nausea. However usually someone overly nauseous is in mild overdose.

This has run its course, however.

Closed, PM me with any queries.
