Forgot to undo the tournaquet before shooting

CRAP, I noticed it after I had pushed the lever down I haven't slept in 24 hours, should I be concerned?
 
Shooting what?

If it is something psychedelic, then trouble sleeping even after 24 hours is not uncommon reaction.
Also, if you're shooting the drug in wrong way(missing your vein), then wouldn't you feel that immediately?

Anyhow, there are no visible problems, then you're alright. Take some benzo(if you have it) and try to fall asleep.

EDIT: forgot to check your other posts, and it seems that your question is already answered in OD.
