RCs Forgot I'm On Zoloft...

Just received my shipment of ethylone today. Thinking "any stimulant will help" write this 8 page paper due Friday, I insufflated ~50mg and ingested ~50-100 (no more than 200mg total).

Forgot that I'm on Zoloft. Taken this morning of course...

Am I gonna die?
I'd just like to know.
Since it's an analogue of MDEA it should have similar effects and dangers, correct? So is serotonin syndrome something I should be worried about?

As a note; I'm not like normal people. I have perpetually low levels of serotonin, and have mixed serotonergic drugs on many occasions without incident. The doctor even had me on Prozac and Zoloft at the same time at one point. The pharmacist was like "hey did you kno-" and I'm like "yea yea yea."
So, with that stated, I'm pretty sure my brain would be unable to produce enough serotonin to kill me, even with the aide of a chemical agent.

Would still like to know anyone else's opinion as well. You think I'm in danger? How have your ethylone experiences been? Have you ever taken it with another serotonergic substance?
Just wondering...

your "roll" will be significantly dimished. also, the chance of serotonin syndrome increases with the combination.

my opinion, save the ethylone for another day. get off the zoloft before you deplete all your serotonin storages. instead of the zoloft, exercise for atleast 15-30minutes a day, and eat healthy.

exercise is extremely important in the production of neurotransmitters and endorphins, though the highest levels of serotonin in a human's body are located within the gut, and thus eating right is also vital to feeling good.

Really need dopamine so I can do my homework. What do you guys suggest? Who has ADD and what do you do for motivation?
Nicotine gum?
Wine?
More ethylone even though it's probably not going to work?
I fucking hate ADD and I fucking hate the doctors that won't give a proper diagnosis.

Hey, I have horrible ADD as well. As in, I cannot even read a paragraph without my mind starting to wander. I'm also unmedicated. What I do is I literally force myself to work--I turn off the TV and all that crap, and don't open any other web pages except pertinent ones. Also, lots and lots of caffeine. If I start losing focus, I'll just sit there and not do anything until that gets boring enough that I would prefer working again. It's a pretty stoic approach.

I had to work up to this, though. At first I would literally set a timer, and make myself work for like 30 minutes at a time. After I realized I could do that, it started becoming easier and easier to focus.

Good ideas I'll have to try. I got mild effect from the ethylone and instead of going "I'ma do my homework!" I just want to listen to music and talk to people. Terrible idea.

Chances are I'll wait til the A.D.D. anxiety builds and builds until the last POSSIBLE moment and then finally I stay up for 13 hours straight and finish it.

I just wish the doc would prescribe some low dose adderall, for moments such as these.

You should be fine, just don't expect much from the Ethylone. Sertraline (excellent drug by the way), however does have a dopaminergic effect too, though I've never found there to be a problem whenever I've done somethibg like this myself (except of course, from experiencing near complete nullification of effects from the other drugs).

By the way, some people do need SSRI's (me included). The exercise etc. helps a bit, but is nothing compared to what Sertraline can do for my mood, and in particular, anxiety. Things like 5-HTP are as good as useless. Bad advice telling someone (who states they have a chemical-imbalance type depression, similar to mine) to come off the medication. Would you suggest this to someone taking Zyprexa or Ziprasidone for psychotic behaviour? I doubted as much.

I am also ADD diagnosed but i chose not to be medicated, these are all valid points, i also try to shower and eat something full of protein and a little good carbs first like brown bread and banana sandwich for energy slowly released.

try not to over do the caffeine of it will aggravate you. maybe some really relaxing music low in the background that you can work to without realising it is playing.

biggest tip: do not leave it until the last minute, write a well thought out plan first using brainstorming software so that you can tackle each point individually before collating it in with the entire assignment. Do not work too late at night, your brain functions the best between 3pm and 8pm and also take breaks, say 10 minutes every 40 minutes too keep your brain on track. The human mind only concentrates for 20 minutes in a normal functioning brain.

hope this helps.

Zoloft prolongs the QT interval, this can cause an fatal arrhythmia called Tosades de Pointes if mixed with other drugs that prolong the QT interval. I don't know if ethylone does this but other stimulants do prolong the QT interval. You probably won't die, but RCs aren't well studied and no one know what this combo will do. Be careful.

I can't really answer your question about the zoloft ethylone killing you but i'll try and help out with the ADD.

If I can't medicate I just sent aside much more time to do things. Thats what best works for me. Like even the tiniest amount of writing for university I sent aside the whole day. It kinda sounds like your in a rush but whenever I get to a deadline I usually get the work done. I just start to panic and that makes me energic which helps me do work? It is sometimes great work and sometimes not so great work haha but if its urgent enough, and means enough to you it'll get done.

Exactly. I did my work, but not with the aide of ethylone. Instead I shared all the ethylone with my friends. We were less than impressed. Even people who were not on any SSRIs.
