Nah not really. I accept the risk and smoke because its one of the things I enjoy doing.
Do you find you get sick more often?
Nope, not at all. Cough perhaps a bit more, but that's about it.
Do you find you have a decreased level of stress?
Sometimes yes, sometimes no. Its really more dependant on the situation rather than how much I'm smoking.
Do you take any special vitamins? or other harm reduction precautions?
I take a really beasty vitamin supplement normally, one per day which contains.

Vitamin B12: 30mcg
Vitamin C: 250mg

Folic Acid: 400mcg
Bioflavonoids: 50mg
Calcium Phosphate: 40mg
Magnesium Phosphate: 30mg
Zinc Sulfate: 25mg
Potassium Sulfate: 20mg
Ferrous Fumarate: 15.3mg
Manganese Sulfate Monohydrate: 15.4mg
Cupric Sulfate Pentahydrate: 750mcg
Chromic Chloride: 256mcg
Potassium Iodide: 65mcg
Choline Bitartrate: 25mg
Inositol: 25mg
They're time release, and you just take the one per day. They're not too shabby I have to say, but cost 40 dollars Australian for 200.
