I am not sure how to navigate this site but I have a question I don't want to break any rules but I don't know what Forum to post or what to do to get an answer to my question please help

I think that depends on the nature of your question. Post it here and someone can move it into the appropriate forum for you!

We also have a 'homeless' section for this purpose . I can't see staff in any section getting that upset if you post in the incorrect section as it takes a few seconds to move it.

I read the rules for that section and it said to mention any close by me I don't know how else to ask the question

I'm not sure what you mean...but if you are unsure if your query is allowed, you can always ask one of the moderators for that section if it is allowed or not.

You can drop me a PM if you want to clarify but are concerned about breaching guidelines by asking publically
