Stimulants foquest 70mg

hello! so yesterday i was switched from 60mg vyvanse to 70mg foquest extended release methylphenidate and i've just been kind of skeptical about the whole thing, i was on ritalin IR before and got a lot of negative side effects; very irritable, antisocial, depressed, basically a big headache, i much prefer the -amphetamine side of things. it seems to be a newer drug and i can't find many personal experiences, i was just wondering if anyone here had anything to share about how it feels before i jump in and potentially waste 2 days of my life feeling awful. also, would there be any way/chart to compare the dosage of this to medications like ritalin, concerta? 70mg seems high for a starting dose, i remember 54mg of concerta had me feeling all kinds of fucked up. thanks in advance folks
