Fooling the dentist....

got two wisdom teeth extracted today. on one of them he fucked up i think and jolted the tooth next to it, wasnt too pleasant. i got 10 vicoprofen for the pain...how long do i wait to say that it didnt work and im really sore? thanks for any help you can give me...
 
10???Very bad doctor-wait 4-5 hours and give him the sob stories of all sob stories, that that shit does even touch the pain. Also tell him you don't like taking a lot of pills, and ask him if he can give you something that will make the pain "stay away" as long a spossible. I'm thinking he might give you some pers or maybe stronger Vicodin. Then, wait a couple of more days and complain that the pain is still really bothering you (keeping you up all night, blah, blah) and ask him for a refill because you only have 2 left. Also let him know that you are not a pill popper and don't like to take drugs, but the pain is just "unbearable"...enjoy
 
Why are you unhappy with 10 Hydrocodone pills from a dentist? If you're wanting more, forget it...Just be glad you got what you got you greedy bastard.

you greedy bastid you fucker....hehe..hey, i got 10 vicoprofen, but when the novacaine wore off, it hurt cuz he took out the top one fucked up..so he called later in the day to check, adn he told me to double my dose...this means im out of pills tomorrow and im gonna have a sleepless night..oh well..
 
We are talking about DENTISTS here... you didn't have an ORAL SURGERY where they broke your jaw in 9 places ... 10 Vicoprofen is fair, and the best you will do is say that they helped but you had to double the dose, and you're now out - you might be able to get an extra 10 or even 20 out of him...
It all depends on the doctor, but don't think you're going to get much more, and in about 48 hours, you're window of oppoturnity it totally shot, so make that call first thing in the morning - hell, call now and leave a message with his answering service... cry too..

yea..youre right...regardless, its not worth the 15 dollar copay for another 10 pills of it...whatever, good while it lasted..
 
Damn, i've been hearing about all of these people getting not alot of shit after they get their wisdom teeth removed. I got 20 percs when i got mine removed, then he gave me 20 vics for when i ran out of percs (supposidly my pain would have been reduced also, which is why he said he gave me vics for afterwards)...did i just get a great dentist or are these people just getting bad ones?

You will usually score if the teeth are fully impacted - ie that have to put you under general anesthesia for the procedure ... if the teeth have broke through then it carries a lot less pain, so don't expect much... still, ALWAYS try to get more... but by now it's probably to late..
