Foods/supplements that raise your sex drive

What are some foods/supplements that raise your sex drive? I find walnuts to do the trick quite well.
 
I feel I've tried a million things to raise my sex drive, but none of them worked very well. I've tried Ginkgo Biloba, Damiana, Muira Puama, Ginseng, Zinc... possibly more, can't remember.
 
/\ GB, men may peak in their 20s, but women often don't and then turn into sex monsters in their 30s. So all you have to do is wait, it will probably come naturally ;) Otherwise, in the meantime getyour hands on some GHB. Works wonders!

On a more food-related note, chilis work for me. and i think mushrooms too. there's something with them and desire.
 
I find peanut butter works for me.

It's probably because of all the mono-saturated fat in it, which your body turns into testosterone.

Peanuts have never seemed to work for me though, only peanut butter! :\

"Sex" drive depends on ease of erection and blood flow, so supplements that increase circulation (gingko, viagra...) can work, or make you seem more horny for sure.

It can depend on testosterone levels for some, so Zinc for men if you have a defficiency/inbalance

For some it depends a lot on the GABA system: GHB, Alchol are drugs for that (short term)

Natural supplements that increase GABA or rebalance in the long term: Taurine, L-Theanine, aswagandha, bacopa (maybe).

But mostly, for a lot of people (like myself), sex drives depends on dopamine levels.

So limitation of serotogenic supplements (5-htp, tryptophan...) and pro-dopamine supplements (Deprenyl, L-Tyrosine) are probably what you are looking for.

Always considering that excess of dopamine can lead to lack of sleep / manic states

That's not the problem though, as I had a verrrry healthy sex drive about a year ago. I think it has more to do with having been on the Pill and decreased levels of free testosterone. Nettle root is supposed to be good for freeing up bound testosterone, and I tried a little bit of that, but probably not enough to show any definite results.

GBL is pretty good though =D
 
Zinc, magnesium and vitamin B6. These will boost your testosterone levels by upto 32.4% if used in conjuction with each other. They do have the side effect of you wanting to fight - more aggressive etc,. sex drive will be boosted though.
 
I'm reasonably sure creatine mono and N.O. Xplode do something wild to me. ;)
 
I must testify that over a period of years, 100mg of zinc, 500mg of magnesium, and a B complex every day have made my personality considerably more masculine. (Meaning I could ALMOST take a construction job now, and not be the butt of all the other guys' jokes :) ) This has been great for my sex drive.

Lecithin, my personal favorite wonder drug, is rumored to be porn star Peter North's secret to success. I doubt that very much (I think he's just a natural), but I can't stop praising what lecithin can do, not only for your brain but also for your johnson. It does increases semen production, and when your seminal vesicles are full, you feel hornier.
 
Testosterone Enthanate, 250mg X2 a week...... lol jk

I once saw some sort of eyesight support formula that had a whopping 80mg of zinc in one dose (to be taken 3 times a day).
 
I just read about taking hormones for that (for women). I didn't pay all that much attention, it was a show on menaupause and I think I'm good for another couple of years!
