Flux: Official MAPS After-party for Catalysts Conference.

Who made it to the MAPS conference and/or after-party this weekend in Los Angeles? I made it to the after-party (couldn't afford the conference and I had to work :P) and I had the wonderful pleasure of meeting and chatting with Rick Doblin! He's a really cool guy! I was hoping to meet some locals there but a lot of the people were from Norcal.
 
Haha no. He seemed pretty normal. He's definitely a really nice and cool guy. I just shook his hand and told him that I appreciate what he does. He said he appreciated the fact that there are people out there who support their research.

The party was freakin dope. Enough said. It was held in a psychedelic art gallery in Los Angeles.
 
Ooh, I was there too and met Rick there for the first time. Talked to him for a decent while; he's very approachable and friendly. :D
It's awesome that you traveled all the way over here for Horizons. Sounds like a lot of fun! Maybe I'll see you there in 2011?
 
Oh shit, sorry, I noticed that I read that entirely wrong, haha. I don't know what's even wrong with me right now. Pretty tired, yes. Anyway, it's still awesome that you got to go to the conference and meet Rick. : P
