Hi
I have been taking diazapan off and on for some years now, sometimes I go for months without, sometimes I take 1-2, 5-10 mg a month. this last month I may have taken a total of 15 mg in one month, last week I took 5 mg and less then a week later I tested positive for BZO on a urine test, they are giving me another in 1 week, I know the half life of diazapan, calculating it is roughly 550 hrs to be completely out of my system, 5.5x100=550.
The question is can I drink min 4 lts of water a day and urinate as much as possible and be able to flush out what remains? I am overweight and 59 years old.
I ordered a home test kit just like the lab used and will get it end of the week to test myself before I have to go for another company test.
So the question remains will drinking fluids help rid the remaining in my kidneys
Thanks
