Today I got mad enough at myself to take 100 x 30mg pure codeine pills and 50 x 5mg valliums and flushed em down the toilet, I'm done with it.

Way to go, Kev! last night I got the news that a good friend of mine had relapsed. It really hit me in the gut. This makes my morning! Yay!

I could tell from talking to you that you knew exactly what you needed to do. You had already arrived at the moment in your mind where you knew you were going to make the change. You did it. I'm really proud of you and wish you all the strength in the world for sticking to it. :D
