This was probably my third time taking Flurazepam via IV.
I like it,it's not bad.
There is no rush really..and it is only a partial agonist but that's another thing I like about it.
It provides good anxiety relief,strong sedation and is effective
for relaxing someone,at lower doses[+7.5mlgs],and helping someone
sleep,at higher doses[20mlgs+}.
What I don't like is its' RIDICULOUS half life.
The next day when i wake up 10 or 12 hours later I still feel somewhat sedated after taking it orally. Offa 30mlgs.
But when IVed it,it was different.
Here are the results.
BTW,I take Buprenorphine[Suboxone,usually IV sometimes snort]
everyday for recreation,as an anti depressant
and for maintanence.Common dose taken per hit would be
0.3-2.0mlgs depending on..Well several different things.
I had IVed 1.25mlg one hour prior to this.
Yes,I can differentiate effects.
Onward!
I register and inject about 15 milligrams of flurazepam.
T-1minute
I feel something..I think..Not just the Buprenorphine high.
I feel a little less tense,maybe?
Could be placebo.
T-2minutes
I definatly feel more calm and relaxed.It has mixed quite nicely with the IV Sub that I took about an hour prior.
T-30minutes
I feel pretty good.Calm,anxiety free but not overly sedated.
I took the right dose.I consider Flurazepam to be quite powerful especially for a partial agonist.
My muscles,my body,everything is relaxed and tenseless.
I feel like it would be a good idea to lie back and watch some tv and nod out.
I believe that benzos can produce euphoria in certain people.
I am one of those people.I am a naturaly more anxious type of person
who thinks alot so feeling calmed down and anxiety free is euphoric to me.
That is how I feel right now.
The rest is your typical flurazepam high.
IV provides no rush,quick onset of action and lessened duration
which is the ONLY reason I sometimes IV it.
The duration of main effects for me is about..Well idk exactly to tell you the truth.he longest ive stayed awake after iving it as like 4 hours tops because ive always done it at night or shortly before I crash.
Usually I just open up a capsule and pour it in a cup of soda.
It makes my cola foam and bubble like crazy.
Also it tastes a lil bitter of course but no big deal.
It kicks in harder than taking it just by itsel;lf by mouth,FOR ME at least.
As a side note I would like to say a few things.
When filtering I suggest you
first off use a micron filter,which i dont have,yet,
and second
do it as well as possible.
I also do a rewash right after because with the capsules I get when i mix water in,let it settle for 30 seconds,stick a cotton on the tip of my rig[I alwys do this] and draw it up,it ALWAYS comes out damn near clear.
But I dont quite get back all the water I put in so sometimes I then add another .2 or .3 units of water,mix and
then draw again into same rig containing
the first solution to make sure I got it all.
Also,like I said before don't expect much of a rush,if any.

though my benzo tolerance is pretty low.
