As you all know i suffer crippling Anxiety.
I have a shameful tolerance to benzos, early on today i consumed 7mg Etizolam which according to some sources has x6 anti-Anxiety properties of Diazepam (Im not sure how true this is?)
The last time i used Benzos was the day before last and today my Anxiety has come back with vengeance.
I have a very limited supply of Diazepam and Alprazolam which im trying not to touch as each time i try to give up Benzos i always cold turkey (Dangerous i know) last time i went cold turkey was after around 3-4 weeks of ridiculous Benzo abuse (mainly Temazepam) around 4-5 days after complete abstinence the sucidal thoughts began as well as the Closed eye Visuals, Auditory Hallucinations, aswell as complete Insomnia.
I have 10x30mg of Flurazepam does anybody have any experience of this benzo for use in Anxiety as i know its mainly prescribed for insomnia even though it has a half-life of upto 250 hours!
So i was thinking they may help produce a smoother ride as i try to quit my Benzos.
Btw if your wondering why my G.P/Drug Councilling service have not provided me with a taper plan is because my level and pattern of abuse is unheard in there profession so there is no possible way they would prescribe me any amount of Benzo for my withdrawal witch would even begin to help.
