I've started to take Fluoxetine and I frequently use amphetamines. I've read in Wikipedia that they should not have be taken simultaneously, because of potential serotonin syndrome. As I know amphetamines are not related to serotonin system in the brain. Am I right? And is it really that dangerous to take them together?

Amphetamines increase ALL monoamines in the brain. Which includes Serotonin...

However, Fluoxetine and Adderall as a combo for ADHD comorbid Social Anxiety Disorder is pretty common. As long as the dosage of Fluoxetine (and perhaps the Adderall) are kept somewhat lower..
