the last party i went to, they said that brown should be the only color. i just read that black is what you want. now i'm really confused.

huh? who said this? FLOWER is a harm reduction group in america right? please if you could give me more details of where this happened i could help. like which state you are in and which party this happened at. and maybe a contact at FLOWER if you know.
brown or orange means a speed (amphetamine) based pill
purple or black means an MDXX (ecstacy-like substance) based pill
a pill that tests purple i'd say would be marginally safer as less MDXX pills have dangerous adulterants than speed pills, which are notorious for having bad stuff.

ah yeah i know that. my question is more why did someone at a harm reduction group tell this guy that brown is a good colour? there is no mention of brown on the dancesafe site.
kai are you from FLOWER? this is more trying to work out what specifically this group is telling people. thanks anyway.
oh btw the dancesafe kit and the ez-test are both basicaly the same marquis reagent chemical and give the same colour reactions.
