Flipping, in any sense of the term...

when flipping, (whether candy, kitty, hippy, etc etc) would the correct process be dropping ecstacy first...or does it matter to constitute the term "flipping"?

IMO the correct way is syncing the comeups, so I'd take the ecstasy after shrooms or acid. Most people seem to wait til they're rolling to add the K though... The term's not that specific though

so you would say that "to flip" would not matter when one would drop their pill? or would it matter...depending on the circumstance (hence, the above mentioned)?

As long as you are feeling both simultaneously, you have "flipped." The order in which you do it is personal preference, though you can find a general consensus on the best timing.

flipping = the sale, usually by quick turnaround, of drugs. ie. flippin tabs, flippin nugs, flippin pills, etc.

You'd have to drop first in this instance, otherwise you're comin down off the K before you even start rolling most of the time.
I save the K until I'm starting to come down from the roll. A little bump of K will put the roll right back into the upper atmosphere for you that way.

True, there is no designated plan that you must follow in order to execute a "flip" (a stupid term in my opinion) properly, but there's nothing wrong with asking the advice of other more experienced drug users, so...
LSD/MDMA: drop LSD, drop mdma while peaking on LSD.
Psilocybin/MDMA: same as LSD, drop your shrooms, wait til you've "come up" on them, then drop your MDMA.
MDMA/Ketamine: drop your MDMA, peak, right as peak starts to subside, inject/snort your ketamine.
This is of course, my opinion, and you can do it other ways if you want, I have, and you probably will if you do it enough just for a "different" feeling, but this is from my experience, the most pleasant ways to combine MDMA with other drugs. If you're wondering about anymore combos, ask, I and others will be glad to respond.

I think everyone's pretty much said it, but from experience, I hated droppin first. Im thinkin these are the best ways to bust the combo. But I've also seen some people do everything different. I think u basically hafta try it out 4 yourself and stick with what treats you best.

I don't like to do any of that crap anymore.
But when I did, as far as a psychedelic and ecstasy, I prefered to take them both at the same time. Most people like to time it so it ends at the same time, but I'd rather have both drugs hit me at the same time. It was that ultimate fucked up feeling.
Or if I was mixing K with ecstasy, I liked to snort the K at the peak of my roll.
I just enjoyed being entirely fucked up and not knowing what was going on.
Although I understand the new generation of drug addicts might not care if they're brain dead, but they're scared to get really high like that. You new kids are so weak. It makes me sick. You will never know what a rave in 1995 was like if you're cautious about your drug use.
