I am wondering do we all hurt?
Does anyone out there feel nothing but love and trust that is so thick it can't be seen by the eyes that only focus on pain that shoots through that beating muscle in the center of our chest.
I am wondering will this pain fade?
I hope she turns into me and takes me to the place that is unseen by my eyes. it is somewhere that is between the two of us. It is somewhere that can't be reached just by me. But only by us at the same time.
Does she see me in her dreams?
I don't know where to go. I fallow myself into the dreams and I awake with the smell of her hair on my pillow. I open my eyes and I see her smile in my mind. I open my arms and I feel the warmth of her body against my skin.
Should I release her?
Let her go into the darkness and leave me here all alone.
Why does love hurt so much?
Is this the love that I can't control and just ride it out until one of us is cracked.

I think poetry is written mostly for pleasure, by which I mean the pleasure of pain, horror, anguish and awe as well as the pleasure of beauty, music and the act of living.

...still the excellent writer here.
It is easy to doubt and shy away from strong feelings of mutual need. I mean, we should all be able to walk alone, strong and keen in the coolness of intellect, right?
