First timer user

I am about to experience ecstasy for the first time and I was just curious as to what pill i should try and get my hands on. I live in melbourne and just wanted to know what the best pill is going around at the moment, and seeing its my first time should only take half to start with?????

Well, this thread kinda sucks, but i'm drunk and i appologise. But to answer your SPECIFIC question, the 'best' pills perse that are going around are arguably the red/pink mitsubishi's along with the yellow/orange doves.

But what you're gonna get swamped with while your here is to not accept any 'word of mouth' evidence as what is a good pill. BUY A DAMN TESTER!!!!! They are a great and cheap investment and if you're dealer is a cock-head you can make him look like a tool and go get a new reliable dealer.

Go Paisly - He's absouletly right, get a tester.
here's a list of CURRENTLY good pills - by report and test - but always remember they could be a new batch!
Yellow/Orange -
Dove
Rose
Rollex/Crown

Red/Pink Mitsubishi (i'd take the above, due the the mass amount of speculation on these, i have had them myself, and they didn't seem dangerous - GC/MS results have confirmed that at least one batch contain MDMA/CAFFEINE mixture, from reagent test results i've seen, there is also a batch containing only meth\amphetamine)

These as of the moment, are the only pills i can confirm i have either used myself, or seen in action.

one thing which is probably common sense but worth mentioning - when you have your first time, have it with someone you know and trust who has some experience with pills. then at least you'll have someone to look out for you should you need it!

My advice?
Take a half. If about an hour and a quarter later you feel nothing, then take the other half.

Friends of mine who have pilled solidly for 2 years now still take in halves. The idea is that you can always have more and get more mashed, but getting less is much more difficult.

Your dealer will generally tell you what they have available - you can't just order 'em up like KFC Once you know what you *can* get your hands on, I'd suggest going to the pillreports website (see wazza's link) and look up your pill in the Australian section. It will give you a fair indication of it's quality if you can't get your hands on a pill tester quickly enough.

But for future reference - buy yourself a pill tester (links on the front page of Aus Drug discussion). It's a newbie's best friend

(oh, and how much you take really depends on the strength of the pill. I took a quarter my first time and was buzzing like a bumble bee. But I've also heard people say you really need a whole one to experience the "true" magic of E the first time. To be safe, take a half to start with. You can always have the other half later.)
