First time with heroin: dosage and ROI and consistency questions

So, just as some background I have been actively using opiates (oxycodone etc.) for four years. I got the itch today and decided to find something but could not source pills so I copped a bag of H open air.

I've never used it before and was curious what dose and ROI is advised for a first time user who at this point doesnt have a huge tolerance (I'm usually pretty good with about 60 mg of oxycodone).

Also, the stuff that I got is a weird consistency. It is white but when poured out of the bag leaves a moist residue on the bag and the H itself is sort of sticky and comes out is small moist clumps rather than powder. Is this cause for concern regarding what it may or may not have been cut with?

you've never even seen dope and you went and copped open air? that was a crazy thing to do.

Well we can't really tell you because the quality of heroin varies so much. You should start with a tiny amount and proceed from there, that's all I can tell you.
How much is in the bag?
Also if it's white powder you probably either have to snort it, plug it or shoot it (I don't recommend the latter).
