im going to take four dilaudid, they are 1mg pills of hydromorphone hcl

im sure these are strong if dosage is large enough, what are some precautions and things to keep in mind when trying this for the first time? iv tried smaller doses (only 2 times, and max i ever tried was 2 pills with little/no mind altering effect)

also someone please describe the high of the hydromorphone dilauded pill so i can know before i do it, (just something i would prefer to know, for no PARTICULAR reason.)
 
I wouldn't expect much if you're going to sniff these. The high is kind of like, BAM I'm fucking high %) ... 1 hour later ... wtf I'm sober?
 
No im usualy ingesting it orally, although i have just been reading and im open to nasal ingestion, but i would like a quick question answered if you have the information handy.

will it damage the innner lining of my nasal passages MORE or LESS than cocaine damages them?

is the high alot different when snorting?? is it more or less enojyable? does it still provide the chilled out not careing, feeling like a king feeling im HOPEEING for!?
 
I'd really recomend plugging over snorting, but each to his own I guess. I'm not sure about relative damage compared to coke. Very little noticable damage will be done if you aren't snorting them too often, just like with coke. Yes snorting them will hurt, but not much in all likelyness, it depends on the binders in the pill partially. I've never snorted 1 mg dilaudid, only 4 mg ones and the 4s are very small and pretty painless to snort. Snorting 2 mg is usually a good starting place for a beginner, remember that you can always take more but never less.

In terms of pain of snorting, here's my interpretation- decent coke doesn't hurt much to snort due to the analgesic effects, but after doing coke the few times I've done it, my nose was in pain for at least a day afterwards. This doesn't happen with dilaudid. It might hurt a bit going up (I don't really remember, it's been a while since I snorted dilaudid, but I recall a very slight burn at first, not much at all though), but that'll go away in a few seconds and there isn't any residual pain.

Also yes, dilaudid does give what you call the "chilled out not careing, feeling like a king feeling", that's pretty much what all decent opiates do.

Snorted dilaudid lasts longer then an hour (or at least it always has in the experience of me and everyone else I know who's done it), but yeah, your description sounds about right for banging them.
 
Cocaine is particularly damaging to snort, because it causes vasoconstriction (particularly where it's applied), which reduces blood flow, which makes it significantly worse than just snorting most pills.

bob's probably got more experience with opiates. primarily route, dose and tolerance are going to be dependent on how long the high is.

to the OP, with that kind of tolerance i wouldn't snort anymore than 1mg and go where you like from there. i wouldn't bump up anymore more than 0.5mg at a time after that though.

moving basic dosing question over.
 
last night i snrted 1.0 mg's and tongiht or tomorrow morning i will try 1.5mg the 1.0 didnt do to much however i felt a light high, i wento bed and crashed (for 12 hours)

You mean that how long the high is is dependent on dose, route and tolerance right?

I'm not doubting his experience, I'm just saying that in my experience snorted dilaudid lasts longer then an hour, especially for a new user. Even with a tolerance (a low-moderate one) the last time I snorted dilaudid it lasted for longer then an hour. It's not very strong for more then 1.5 or 2 hours though, so I guess it depends on when you define a drug as having worn off.
 
OP, if you are concerned about nasal damage just get the brand name Dilaudids. They only have three ingredients: lactose, hydromorphone, magnesium stearate. The stearate just holds the tablet together and is just a clear barely noticeable film. The lactose is merely milk sugar and that is about 99% of the mass of the tab and that is safe to insufflate, so you're left with between 2-4mg of hydromorphone which is like inhaling dust in the air. We are lucky the doses are so small, this makes it one of the opioids that are easier on the schnauze(nose). Hopefully this information is useful.

P.S the generics have a little bit of other fillers, maybe some cellulose or something similar as a binding agent, but again a majority is lactose, so even these aren't so bad. I'm not sure if you guys have Hydromorph Contin in the UAE, but even the wax beads in that would be the the worst thing you'd run in to, so you should be pretty safe with all preparations of this drug.
