my advice would be to get a test kit, get the best rolls you can get from the trustiest person you can find. eat them or crush them up and swallow. have fun?

If you have rolled before I don't really see what advice there is to give. Taking a 7 month break is no different than taking a 5 month or 10 year break really, The experience doesn't drastically change.
