I had a fucking awesome dream. This is what happened: I obtained 6 capsules of 5 mg OxyNorm, all sealed in a blister pack from my dealer. I don't trust them so I am very cautious.
I'm paranoid that the capsules were emptied, filled up with something else (which is harmful) and replaced in a falsely recreated blister pack.
Yeah, I know it'd be really expensive to do this and they wouldn't profit but I can't stop worrying.
I am posting photos of the sealed capsules - please look on my blog.
On a second note, can someone guide me in my first dosing? I know that oral is a longer but weaker high than insufflated.
How should I dose?
Previous opioid use: up to 600-750mg codeine (this turned out to be too much and I got sick but I am recovered with one liver enzyme in the abnormal range.) I've consumed codeine after this, the average dose being 90mg-200mg.
I've consumed up to 200mg dihydrocodeine.
I would appreciate any guidance or speculation.
