First time in the last 3 years I have managed to not use heroin for over a week

I have gone nearly 9 days in a row without using heroin just methadone I was using heroin with the methadone but my heroin supply was sure to run out for longer then 2 days eventually and it wasn't even half as bad as I thought it was obviously I have the methadone to thank but keep in mind I have been on methadone and taking heroin with it daily for 3 months prior so I was expecting worse it was still sore and rough after all I have never been this long I got some heroin yesterday nothing super strong and I actually had 2 lines and just went sleep like it was nothing saving it for the morning which is also a first for me I have high hopes I'm just telling people in similar positions its not impossible far from it
