I have a 12.5 mcg fentanyl I was thinking of splitting the piece in half so thats about 6 mcg between me and a friend. I have little opiate tolerance I'd say in the past month only ive been taken tramadol about 2 times a week at 100mg.

I've done some search but seen nothing on this low of a intake, and this is coming from someone who jumped from taken hydro's to snortin heroin back in the day, but yeah fentanyl is not to be fucked with. What do you guys think?

These are not meant to be cut, split or divided with overdose as a potential consequence.

According to this source, 12.5 mcg fentanyl (IV/IM) is equal to 2.5mg oxycodone oral or 3.75mg morphine oral / 1.25mg morphine IV. Considering you're going from micrograms to milligrams just by changing drugs, that's showing you how potent fentanyl is.

Now, the converter shows that this would be a safe dose even for somebody without opiate/opioid tolerance, but fentanyl is a special case.

If you ask me, fentanyl should be not be administered by anybody who doesn't either have extensive medical training or opioid/opiate experience.

It is extremely easy to overdose on fentanyl and extremely hard to accurately measure such small doses, the difference between even a few micrograms can mean a big difference in effect. Most opioid users will tell you that fentanyl isn't very "recreational" anyway, and it lacks a rush and is extremely short-acting.

My advice is to stick with the safer opiates if you at all can.

Fentanyl is not for someone with your tolerance. I use it if I come up short on monthly Meds or to stave off WD. That's it. It's not very euphoric. I have 100mcg on me and while I'm not sick or in pain I have no high to speak of. Get some vicodins or something your tolerance is too low. It's too easy to Od on and are you willing to roll the dice on your life with a shitty non high with a very potent and dangerous drug?

I have to agree here as well. They gave me fentanyl, after my spinal fusion surgery, and I have the tolerance where i can swallow 10, 30mg roxis, with a few soma and xanax, and be fine. But when the nurse hit me up with minuscule doses of the fentanyl, I never expected it to hit me so hard, and the euphoria to last only maybe 20-30minutes than it was just strictly a pain killer.

What exactly do you have kobrah? A transdermal patch, which if its made by mylan, you arent licking anything. A Fentora tab, these are buccal tablets which you basically wedge in between your gums/teeth anjd wait for them to absorb. That leaces the Actiq lollipop for kids and its designed to digest slowly. it did kill a guy i knew he was sitting on his couch, holding his baby girl, and about 5 pops in, it all kicked in and he slowly died not even realizing it he was so damn high he didnt know he was cashing out with his daughter in his arms, and thats how he was found in the moring, its sad too cause it was just when those damn things came out and no one really knew a safe dose.

Then when they used fentanyl to cut heroin all along the eastern seaboard it was a disaster. When one died another wanted to know what the stamp on the deck was so he could find the right dealer. IN 4 months 11 friends died, from that

I've never heard of a 12.5mcg fent patch. I have heard of a 12.5mcg/h fent patch which is designed to last for 72 hours and has close to a gram of fent in it. Which if abused will release that gram at an unknown rate.

^ yea he probably has half of a 25mcg patch, but most pharms carry the mylan ones so its basically useless
