They mix it with other plant material which contain MAOIs to make ayahuasca. Incidently, a mate of mine did a PHD on the 'iconography of Peruvian snuff trays' which are basically the paraphenalia used to imbibe yopo - though I suspect (know) it was just an excuse to visit Peru and get off his tits....

=D got offered some back in 2010, strangely not long after i started reading about it & got interested in it, didnt have the balls to try it for months though.. got home drunk one night and let rip.. 2 held hits then dropped the pipe and ended up blasting off, shocked, scared, completely astonished me. was absolutely amazing, beyond words. incredible stuff. perfect first time physc in my opinion

annoyingly enough though I still haven't broken through yet. And I don't have much left (I ended up getting a bit more but it still only put me up to about 500mgs.)

does anyone know why? I'm using the bottle method and I think trying to take in all the smoke at once isn't the best way to do it. Will take a few smaller tokes next time.

I might also save the rest to combine with LSD, as I hear the combo is very synergetic and it might make it easier to break through.

I've never got into the idea of doing it in a "ceremony" with a load of fucking strangers tho. For me the whole point of psychedelics is it's between you and the drug. You don't need some silly fucker telling you what it all means - you find out yourself.

The best MAOI is moclobemide - take a 300mg tablet with your extracted DMT. You may well vomit once the DMT hits your system tho.

Edit....MAO inhibitors can be quite dangerous though simply due to the massive volume of substances they interact with. From what I understand though an MAOI is necessary to take with oral DMT but not if its smoked?
 
They don't interact with that much england - some strange cheeses and some very strange beers. That's about it.

do you think you could use the same bottle method to smoke heroin? or maybe crack?
 
Heroin - maybe but might be wasteful but if you cant run it on foil easily it might be worth a punt just putting .05 and smoking in one lungful maybe two . Crack probably not as it doesnt really work well on foil - better off with a martell bottle and some brillo/wire wool - xcleaned and burned so no smoke left coming off.
