Benzos First time Clomazepram dose?

I have 4 MGs of Clomazepram (8 .5 MG pills). I'm completely new to Benzos. How much should I take?

Please use the search engine before posting an entire new thread about such a basic question. The search function here or google would have given you what you need in 2 seconds.

And, I assume you meant Clonazepam..

Start with .25mg's and see how you feel.

I googled it, but I couldn't find any answers for someone new to Benzos. Sorry if I just didn't look hard enough.

i say 0.5-1.0mg; here are some benzo facts:

1. never drink on benzos
2. never drive on benzos
3. cigarettes(smoked tobacco) decreases the benzo's efficacy
4. smoking weed with benzos is fun
5. turn off your phone because you will put your foot in your mouth
6. hide your benzo stash away so that you arent tempted, or hide them away so that you hopefully forget where you put your stash. taking a huge dose of a benzo isnt fun; especially because you will black out and do stupid shit.
