First Cocaine Experience in 5 months

On Friday night I took 2 E and then went back to a friend's house who I hadn't seen for about 2 years. We started to snort about 4 am until 11 am.
I took about 7 lines in this time.
His girlfriend was a nice girl but she was telling me stories for hours non-stop. Eventually I couldn't talk any more my head was burnt out.
When I got home at around 11.30am I noticed my chest was very tight and very rapid heart beat. This could have been the large amount of ciggarettes combined with E and coke. I looked in the mirror and I looked like the anti - christ.
Is this kind of thing bad for the heart?

Yes, it can be quite bad for the heart, especially if you overdo it. It is, however, fairly difficult to overdose via snorted cocaine (provided no other drugs are used).
In general it is a bad idea to combine more than one kind of stimulant (such as coke and e), although many people do do this.
It is possible that what you experienced (in particular the tight feeling in your chest hinted at this) was an anxiety/panic attack, and thus not a physical but rather a psychological problem.
