I'm at 180ml, 2x week takes homes and really feels like it's right for me. http://www.wimp.com/exhaustedmeerkat

but I just had a Wisdom Tooth Surgery and im taking allot of Advil for the immediate pain, because a month afterwards now I have an infection.

I'm thinking of spiting my dose.
so you can answer my post about the Splitting or just tell me whats your therapeutic dose.

Clinics only really allow for split dosing (some don't at all), for people with a fast metabolism, and even then, only after a peak trough test. But, provided you find a way to do it, yes it would certainly benefit you for pain, because the analgesic effect of methadone only lasts 6-8 hours.
