Not too familiar with how the group works exactly, but I have always been a "learn as you go" kinda gal anyways!
I little back story I guess, try to keep it short and to the point. I am a 37yr old, married stay at home mom. I have been dealing with chronic pain for about 12 years from both Endo and Fibro as well as a migraine sufferer for over 25 years. As you can probably guess, being in pain for that long I've developed a tolerance to pain meds. I am currently taking Cymbalta & Dilaudid daily and Relpax for migraines. Until recently I was taking Oxy IR with Targin but 4 months ago when I went to my pain clinic appt I asked to be switched to something with less side effects and something less expensive. I was hoping for a ER hydromorphone since I was already prescribed Dilaudid for breakthrough pain but my doc signed me up for medical marijuana. Tried it, don't care for it, I think I am just a pharm girl! Well I think that is about all for now. I am excited to finally be a member! I search something on BL almost daily, seriously if I type b in Google, bluelight automatically comes up!
