To celebrate I took 200mg Oxy IR, 2mg K-Pins and a couple of Gravol. Normally I can drop a full Fent 50 so I think I got my ratios right taking into consideration that the fent hits you all within about 90 minutes where even IR Oxy takes 3-4 hours.

Okay.. I have no idea if that conversion was right or not as I don't know how you take your fentanyl, would have to take bioavailabilites into account etc.. be very careful though, if you got it wrong and added benzos too you could be in trouble. Seeing as you already took it, I'm not sure what you are asking here?

If you start to feel over sedated or unwell please seek help immediately...

What do you man by dropping a full 50 of Fent? You mean put a 50 Fent in your mouth or slap it on your arm because if you put it on your body, all of it doesnt hit you in 90 minutes.

Im sure you have a high tolerance mixing Klop with 200mg oxy..............

I don't understand what you mean by 'dropping a full 50' either, at a guess do you mean chewing / sticking to your cheeks?

Either way go careful, but as I'm sure others here will agree once you get into a serious Oxy habit 200mg isn't that much :(
Note: 200mg is gorram loads to someone without a tolerance that's through the roof!

Oxy IR takes about 20-30 minutes to kick in on an empty stomach. Fent kicks in instantly within seconds to short minutes depending on the way you do it, except if you are just using the Fent patch Normally, Fent is a 72 hour medication that is patch that releases the drug slowly.. Your calculations are way off buddy.. If Oxy's took 3-4 hours to kick in, I don't think they would be as popular ;)
