Finally decided to say hi!

Hello! I'm a long time lurker, and finally decided I want to be a part of the community. I'm 21, female, born and raised in Oklahoma. I'm not employed, but I am full-time nurse to my parents. My DOC are opiates, and being a legitimate pain patient makes that pretty interesting, to say the least. It actually has kept me from becoming too addicted, though, since I know if I heavily abuse my stuff I'll be in a world of pain. I've dealt with addiction many times before, and I don't want to go down that road again. I've always been very serious about understanding substances (my fiancee's more the "put in mouth, see what happens" type), so I figured this forum was a good fit for me. It's nice to meet everyone, and I can't wait to start posting.
