Just finished and have concluded that it may be the best game I've ever played. The whole game feels like such a love letter to the original, it really shows that the devs worked on the original game, loved the original game and understood what the fan base love about the original game. It made feel like I was 10 experiencing the story for the first time again. A lot of the changes to the flow and delivery of the story work so well that it almost feels like their exclusion from the original was an oversight or the result of a lack of time and resources... Some are just dumb lol, but it's mostly a home run from me. Most fun I've had with a game in years both mechanically and narratively.
