films: Worst Movie To Win The Oscar For Best Picture

I'd like to Crash it in the face

I hated Crash! So contrived and preachy. It was like an updated Do The Right Thing, but way worse.

I like Forest Gump and American Beauty. Both of those movies make me bawl my eyes out.

Dead Poets Society IS a great movie. I agree that it may have been a little heavy on the cheese factor, but comparing it to Patch Adams is uncalled for.

I agree. I love Dead Poets Society. Patch Adams shouldn't even be in the same sentence. Yuck Foo Atlas ;)

i wasn't that impressed with crash.

i liked forest gump, and i'm not sure why you'd be surprised that it won an academy "award"

i may be too young but i can't remember a time when any awards shows that were televised weren't a big joke.
