Films/Shows You Never Tire Of

The Usual Suspects. Brilliant film, worth of many viewings.

Off the top of my head :
80s movies-
Ferris Bueller's Day Off
The Breakfast Club

And musicals :
Rent
The Phantom of the Opera
The Producers

Comedy:
Liar Liar (the only movie that can still make me laugh)
Patch Adams

Drama:
What Dreams May Come

I'm sure there are a lot of others

Gangs of New York
Bill: Thats a kill.

Legends of the Fall

Yeah. I'm not sure if I see the stigma behind this movie and its tendency to be thought of as a "chick flick." Maybe I'm missing something.
Dawn of the Dead (remake)

I think its because its so short and to the point. When its on TV I watch it.

Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory

Mr. Turkentine: I've just decided to switch our Friday schedule to Monday, which means that the test we take each Friday on what we learned during the week will now take place on Monday before we've learned it. But since today is Tuesday, it doesn't matter in the slightest. Pencils ready!

Willy Wonka: We are the music makers, and we are the dreamers of dreams.

Star Wars (episodes IV V VI)

Interview with the Vampire
I love the perspective captured by this film.

Armand: The world changes. We do not. Therein lies the irony that finally kills us.

Tombstone

Johnny Ringo: My fight's not with you, Holliday.
Doc Holliday: I beg to differ, sir. We started a game we never got to finish. "Play for Blood," remember?
Johnny Ringo: Oh that. I was just foolin' about.
Doc Holliday: I wasn't.

Planes, Trains and Automobiles
Charlie and the Chocolate Factory
Kubricks Lolita
The Lover (L'Amant)
Legends of the Fall
The Talented Mr. Ripley
My Stepmom is an Alien
Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind
She-Devil
Goodfellas
The Parent Trap
Death Becomes Her
Addams Family Values
An Officer and a Gentleman
Kramer vs. Kramer
Wonderland
The Age of Innocence
The Virgin Suicides
Edward Scissorhands
Bram Stokers Dracula
Spirited Away

I've seen each of these dozens, and I mean dozens of times and I never tire of them.

Flawed, yet over watched films:

Heathers
Romy And Michele's High School Reunion
Adventures In Babysitting
Labyrinth
The Goonies
The Lost Boys
Freeway
Drop Dead Gorgeous
Nine To Five
The Craft

The Big Lebowski, obviously. It's without doubt my most-watched film. It's also, in my opinion, the only film I know of in which every single line of dialogue is quotable. Example: "Careful! There's a fucking beverage here!". :D

Amelie
Every single shot is so lovingly crafted. I can just sit back & drift on a sea of whimsy whenever I feel. And Audrey Tautou is just......<3

The Shawshank Redemption
No explanation needed really.

Blade Runner
I will never tire of this film. Every single frame could be hung in a gallery & every time I watch it (which is often) is akin to being led trance-like through a seductive dream.

And from my list of "Films that you loved when you were young & can watch again & again because deep down they make you feel like a kid again" :

Indiana Jones
Stand By Me
Neverending Story
Beverley Hills Cop II
Terminator 2
Star Wars (Return of the Jedi in particular)
Enter The Dragon (1000 %) points to tribal girl for also mentioning this)
The Lost Boys

...and probably loads more, but I have to go & eat dinner. :)

"Don't concentrate on the finger or you will miss all that heavenly glory". %)

The only movies that matter:

1. The Cable Guy (Best Carry Movie Without a Doubt)
2. Dawn of the Dead ver. 1979
3. Any Friday the 13th 1-8
4. Braveheart
5. Over the Edge (Matt Dillon's on-screen premier)
6. Go
7.Grandma's Boy

Back to the Future I, II, & III.
Jurassic Park
Fear and Loathing
Fantasia
The Shining

Classic fucking films.

off the top of my head i can only think of the fun ones....armageddon, independence day, men in black (not the second one, that sucked) transformers... :D high quality crap.

umm let's see, there are loads but will try to short list to ten

goodfellas
american beauty
baraka
city of god
apocalypse now
fight club
la haine
lock stock and two smoking barrels
amore perros
beautiful girls

Goodfellas has so many great quotes, that it's always a pleasure to watch it again; "What was it again, that Tommy said in that scene?"

Amelie, definately, but it's too good to be watched too many times.

American Psycho, this one has great quotes too! It's great.

American Beauty

+1

Se7en is one of my favorite movies of all time. Se7en started my love for Kevin Spacey, and American Beauty cemented it.

My all time, never gets old movie would have to be FIGHT CLUB though. One of the best and most wonderful movies of all time, IMO.

:)
