I just saw Beowolf in 3d and it's a real trip. I'll pretty much go see anything in 3d. I thinks it's pretty damn cool especially stoned.

Anyone agree??

i dunno about stoned by i did enjoy the end of the latest potter film in imax 3d. the next james cameron blockbuster "avatar" will be in 3d. and they're planning to rerelease all six star wars movies in 3d too.

i caught 300 in 3d..... really was an experience.

i too would like to see some other 3d movies.

In January, U2 is releasing U23D, an IMAX concert film in 3D. It has received some pretty good reviews and apparently, using the same techniques Cameron is working on with "Avatar" takes 3D to a new level.

Just when you thought Bono's head could not get bigger - now 5ft. tall and in 3D :-)

oh star wars in 3d, nice.
i saw nightmare before christmas which wasn't too much of a thrill but i enjoyed it. the preview for some brendon fraiser movie that is coming out was shown in 3d and that got me psyched for full length adventure films that are coming out soon. i would go out of my way to see some of these.

The only 3D movie I ever saw in the theater was Jaws 3 back in 1984 or something. It was not very good.

I was out front of the IMAX on the weekend and I considered watching Beowolf in 3d but dont know if I can handle 90 minutes of it.

The only IMAX movies i have seen and the 30 minute animated things and I even got bored towards the end of those

the missus and i did beowolf in imax 3d. it was excellent. i didn't feel queasy, not even once!

Darling Harbour

I may take it on then given yr recommendation

It was on practicaly all day last saturday

dude, that's practically next door to where i live. we should have a drink or something.

maybe when i get back from china. i fly out monday. i'll be back mid jan.

if you catch any feature film at imax, do it during business hours, or if you can't, get there 30 mins early. their sessions are generally crowded and you want to be as close to the back as possible. well, about three rows from top is best.
