well yes, but also b/c he's becoming unleashed of his old ways, which did require him to wear a collar, gotta think of all the reasons bro.
 
ummm....so you already knew the answer, and even the deeper philosophical reasoning behind it?

But it does look like a cool movie. Although most of his American released movies I don't enjoy too much, Jet Li is always enjoyable the first time around.
