Has anyone seen this??
It's one of my favourite films and don't remember seeing anyone here talking about it. What do people think of it? I don't really like Edward Norton's character in this movie however I think he does a great job as usual.

This movie really has some excellent performances. I think that it's really under appreciated in a lot of ways. Edward Norton does a fantastic job, as does Matt Damon. I think this is probably my favorite performance of Damon actually. Famke Jansen and John Turturro both did a great job too.

I hadn't really even heard of the film before my family hired it on DVD but I thoroughly enjoyed it. Norton was brilliant as always.

I didn't like it so much, purely because Matt Damon's character is not believable. I mean picking all the cards that uni professors hand had, pffft. Yeah right. Edward Norton, played his usual smart but always fucks up character brilliantly. It's a good pizza flick though, three stars.

Pretty good, but I do have to agree with Raving about the uni professors scene, kind of unbelievable.

3 out of 4 for me. Even though I hate the character, Edward Nortor kicks ass once again, and Matt Damon fits the role well. Actually, I think everyone in the film does a brilliant job. Top 20, maybe top 10 film for me.

and if you like phony cheeseball diolouge instead of a coherently written script that actually contains a plot, certainly check out pool hall junkies. i cant believe that two respected actors actually appeared in that piece of dogshit. imo of course.

rounders is a good flick and was directly responsible for a lot of my college friends turning into wannabe high stakes card players
