Has anyone seen or heard of this film?

It was never released in the US, due to problems finding a distributor. Anyone overseas know about it?

I figure if anyone on Earth has seen it, it'll be Bluelighters.

I have heard of it and read up about it, but like you said it's having trouble finding a distributor. I would love to see it...
