Film ID : It's about Witches.

I need help finding the name of the film but I saw it a long time ago. I remember they threw a women in a pig pen so that they can eat her. I also remember in the movie a woman gets tied to a wooden wheel and lit on fire, then I think I remember the push the wheel down a hill or something. Anybody have any ideas on what the movie is called?

C'mon guys, do you know of any movies similar to the way I described it above, I was just going by what I remembered, I don't remember if they did that to witches or the witches did that to people.
