ive had this movie for a few months now, GG internet..

i liked it.. definitely a good start to the new episodes

if you really enjoy Futurama, buy the dvds. it's the only way to keep the show going.

Yes, I purchased the DVD the day it was released. At first I was somewhat disappointed that they tried to jam too many little jokes and cameos into one movie. I was also displeased with the storyline, because those aliens are gross and all the back and forth from the past to the future was difficult to follow.

After seeing it a few more times, I grew to like it more, especially the second half of the movie when they're finished with all the introduction and catchup bullshit. The format is weird too, I've never been a big fan of shows changing their format when they make movies. I just don't think it translates well.

I am glad the show is back though, I couldn't be happier. I hope the writing gets a little snappier and back on point for the next movies. I'll give it a 3.5/5

Yeah the movie was ok, the show ROCKS. And they are supposed to have a new season on Comedy Central (US) this year but its only going to be the four movies cut and tweaked into an entire season.

but please, even if you download it, buy a copy when it's released anyway. this show need support to survive.

they started playing this as "new futurama" on tv last night so i watched the first "episode".

to ensure timing works out they've added an additional advertisement in it, one for the executive powder. let's see if they can pull off the rest.

the movie is short, so i can't see how they can squeeze any more than four episodes out of it.

I live in Australia, and the Network that airs Futurama advertised brand new episodes, only to show this movie cut into 3 or 4 segments, a week apart. Cunts.
