Filling capsules by hand?

Does anyone know how to fill a capsule by hand? im looking to put my own mix of things into a capsule but i only want it to be about 200-300 mg. there are no manual filling machines this small at least that i can find anyway. does any body know of a way to fill a capsule at size 2 or smaller?

as far as I know, the dealers in st. louis for the heroin buttons would either mix the heroin and dormin in a blender and then just scoop buttons out of that, or they'd smash it all up in a bowl and then scoop it out by hand that way.

The way I do it is put the powder on a piece of paper. Fold it and use it to pour the powder into the capsule.

do you think this would work for a mix? i want to put 200mg of mdai and 100 mg caffeine into each pill, oh yeah and 20 - 50 mg dmaa

if you weight out your substances separately and put them on the paper and then in the capsule i dont see why it wouldnt

Use a milligram scale to weigh it out first. I usually pinch the end of the paper to make a V and it pour the powder into the pill slowly, it does basically the same thing a funnel would. Mix the powder in a bowl first or you could just pour them in one at a time. Its all just going to a stomach that will digest them together. I used to crush XR adderall and put it back into a capsule to eat it, this is how I would do it.

You might struggle getting all of that into size 2 or smaller (I assume you mean smaller size [larger number]

but if you stop several times and compact the powder into the cap, with a matchstick or something it might work
