I have a few questions on seresta and the panic situation i can have in my life
Without talking about benzo addiction please — I already know how addictive it can be, so please don’t lecture me about that or tell me that if it makes me anxious, I should take a break or simply stop smoking. Let’s focus on the mains topics.
1. Mixing Seresta and Weed
To start, when I smoke weed, I rarely get panic attacks when the high suddenly kicks in. It’s rare, but it does happen sometimes. And even when it doesn’t happen which is most of the time, just knowing that it could happen still makes me anxious.
If I take a normal dose of Seresta before smoking, in case I feel anxious, will it allow me to smoke without experiencing any anxiety related to having a bad trip or anything like that?
Even if I start experiencing effects that usually make me anxious (dizziness, feeling hot, etc), will I remain calm until the effects of both substances wear off?
Does the anxiety-blocking effect work the same way when you haven’t taken anything else besides Seresta compared to when you’re already high on multiple substances (no downers)?
Or could it increase the effects of THC, or simply create a very anxiety-inducing cocktail and actually make me more stressed?
I’ve seen that this can apparently happen, which is what I don’t understand. Because even if we imagine that it amplifies the effects, aren’t you still supposed to remain calm?
Is it possible to smoke while being 100% calm, with zero anxiety and zero risk of having a bad trip?

I know that Seresta takes longer to kick in than some other benzos, so if I take it once just to test it and make sure that it actually calms me down, will I still feel its calming and anxiety-blocking effects even if I’m not anxious before taking it?
4. Taking Seresta Sublingually
Last question: regarding its very slow onset, if I put it under my tongue, can it kick in significantly faster?
And what would be the difference in terms of intensity and effectiveness?
