Few questions about Dihydrocodeine

G'day boys..

Just a few quick questions about dihydrocodeine. I have used the search engine and havent been able to find THAT much info on it.. Same with google.

So.

What is the go with tolerance to this substance? Is it very similar to codeine in ALL aspects of it... or is it simply the high?

Also is it safe to mix say 150mg Dihydrocodeine + say 300mg codeine through a CWE?

With a small tolerance.. or at least experience. I was doing the dean every day a little while back.. but that was a few months ago and now its like once a week or twice a week now.

But i discovered dihydro yesterday... well i knew about it.. but i had a chance to obtain some so i did. And it is GREAT! I had 2 shots of a syrup (50ml each) and was in heaven for the next 5 hours..!

you have an extremely low tolerance if amounts like that get you off? and you say you were doing CWEs every day?

they say DHC is up to 50% more potent than codeine itself. so 150mg would be like 225 of codeine.
 
I know this... and yeh im STOKED my tolerance went down man.. i was doing 600+ every day for a few months.. as if you wouldnt want to not have a tolerance! lol..

But yeh i was REALLY impressed with the results from yesterday man.. actually i was shocked! I split the bottle with my gf and a mate.. they had 50ml each and were feeling pretty nice. It seems stronger then codeine... perhaps more so then 2x!
 
I think the effects are entirely subjective, whilst i found it better than codeine, not by much. at 200ml, i certainly didn't have any profound overblown euphoria or go on the nod. I daresay though my tolerance with heroin usage and what not is probably quite high.
 
don't know about yesterdays usage in particular, but yes all opioids seem to be fairly cross tolerant. mu agonists are at the very least.

All previous usage of opiates will account for something.
 
TripppAR I did some experimenting with dihydrocodeine lately, http://www.bluelight.ru/vb/showthread.php?t=502176&highlight=rikodeine there is the thread, some responses in there you may find helpful.

I found DHC much less sedating than codeine, there was probably a greater sense of well being but overall I prefer codeine significantly, although I might try DHC with a large dose of xanax next time. Everytime I used DHC I combined with with codeine, I think my largest dose was 200ml riko plus 380mg or so of codeine. I never tried it on its own so maybe I would of felt less effects if I didn't do the codeine but to me I didn't feel the codeine was adding anything save perhaps a little more itchiness. The DHC definately overpowers it a lot.

Different people react in different ways, from the thread I made/linked you too it seems most people are in agreement with my assertion codeine is more sedating and most seem to agree codeine is superior, but different strokes for different folks.

I am pretty disappointed I didn't get better results from DHC, I was thinking about trying doses of 300-400ml but the nausea and runs may be a tad overwhelming at those levels, not to mention at those doses it isn't much more cost effective than harder opioids.
 
We're all taking rikodeine here yah?

I didn't find that the riko did all that much to me, & I attribute that to sorbitol's laxative quality.



Does anybody know how to extract the sorbitol?

I should add that DHC is a great intermediate for the production of faaaarrr superior opiods. A bit of homework here might go a long way...
