hmmm...
i was wondering if anyone got the play on words that i used for my title? i accidentally put the wrong word up, so it might be a little obscure in meaning.

...just means I'll reach for the big unabridged dictionary behind me.

fetters- shackles or chains of the feet, something that binds and restricts the ankles or is an impediment to easy movement?
rime- as in ice particles ?

About the title...
-shackles
its an irony when looked at the theme of my poem; of being free and uninhibited.

well, just thought i'd throw that in there.

also, when said aloud, the title could also be heard as 'fetters of rhyme.'
another irony, considering that there are no rhymes in the poem. It's in freeverse. This adds to the unshackled theme of the poem.
hmmm, i feel like a nerd.
