fentynal patch 100mcg tolerance

Someone I know got a 100mcg fetntynal patch and they have a tolerance of 90 to 120 mg of oxcodone. Will 100mcg fentynal patch be to much? He's thinking about cutting it in half and putting it on. Please hurry he's about to put it on and he can't wait much longer.

???? does anyone know? Please hurry and post i'm scared my friend is gonna take half the patch and it's gonna mess up the time release or something but i Don't know if that's how it works with these patches

Your friend can od from a cut patch releasing too much to fast.

Okay thank you for that post cause he was probably about less than 3 minutes away from doing that. Do you think 100mcg patch would be to much for him know his tolerance? he usually takes 90mg of oxy's twice a day one in the morning and at night will the whole patch be to much for him

I think that might be okay. Check out the forums on here. Some people freeze patches and eat small pieces, some smoke the fent. I think your friends opiate tolerance is high enough. It doesn't hurt to double check.
